We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you join our waitlist, request a quote, or contact us. This includes:

• Name — to address you personally and identify your account
• Email address — to send booking confirmations, service updates, and launch notifications
• Phone number — if you enter one on the quote or waitlist form, so we can reach you about that request. SkyWash does not publish a phone or WhatsApp number.
• Number of solar panels — to provide accurate quotes and tailor our service
• Parish — to determine service availability and schedule logistics
• Property details — roof height, access information, and photos provided during booking

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service delivery — booking, scheduling, and performing drone cleaning services
• Communication — sending confirmations, reminders, before/after reports, and invoices
• Waitlist management — notifying you when our service launches in your parish
• Quoting and pricing — generating accurate estimates based on your system details
• Service improvement — understanding customer needs and improving our operations
• Marketing — with your consent, sending promotional offers and maintenance reminders

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and understand how visitors use our site.

How visits are counted

This site counts visits with a counter run by our website provider, IrieVybz AI. It starts when a page opens and does not wait for a cookie choice. It records the page you open and its title, the site that sent you here, your browser and device type, your window width, and how long the page stays open. If you came from an ad or campaign link, it keeps that link's campaign tags. When you press a button or link, it records the wording on it and where it leads (a call, an email, WhatsApp or a page). It masks phone numbers and email addresses it recognises in that wording. When you press send on a form, it records that. Nothing you type into a form is kept by the counter. Your visit gets a random number that stays in your browser until you close the tab. The counter sets no cookies. Your IP address is used for a one-minute flood check and is not saved with the visit.

Essential Cookies

These are necessary for the website to function properly (e.g., remembering your cookie consent preference). They cannot be disabled.

Analytics

We use the following analytics services, loaded only after you accept cookies:

Cookie Consent

A banner asks about extra analytics. If you press Accept All, the site also loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Both use cookies. If you press Reject All, neither loads. The visit counter runs either way. To change your choice, press Cookie preferences and the banner opens again.

We may share your information with the following categories of third-party service providers:

• Payment processors — to securely process payments for our services
• Email services — to send the messages you asked for. We do not operate a SkyWash WhatsApp line.
• Cloud hosting — our website and data are hosted on secure servers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Waitlist data is kept until our service launches and you either become a customer or request removal. Customer data is retained for 3 years after your last service for warranty and record-keeping purposes.

• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data
